Too much internal politics. HR department is the worst. Regional admin has no clue regarding administration. I personally witnessed 7 admins quit during my tenure. Frequent change in team(clinic staff) members.

Freedom for work, u can take ur decision, very good support from seniors, very well known brand in ayurved, treatments are the best, result oriented treatments, patients are very satisfied, for employees .......it's like a one family.
