There is lot of politics at barvi dam hydro power plant. No regular increment of salary Salary according to work is unhealthy. Nothing payment against overtime Overtime rule- 16hr overtime equal to 1 leave No one hear ground staff problem Every time , employee gets false promises regarding salary increment.

...nt overall view of comp.,Job is always secured,there is no any politics in comp.,Good work environment,Regarding salary and appraisal to be as per comp. position to be done because of new govt.policy to be changes and take time.

I have good lab team and structure team only.

My project manager is totally illiterate and he only wants the employee like who always licks there feet and always listen him only and there is no career growth with this types of project manager (Kul Bhaskar Bind) 9516613402

All are good over here and mature enough and have a good and qualified engineers with alot of knowledge and they all are very supportive and always give their 100% in work.

Their is some partiality problem and so that's why I want to switch my job form Madhav.
