...any effort. Management only expects work from employees with no returns to them. Most of times we were expected to do overtimes when they don't pay for overtimes even when they are exceeding to nights, it's like official time is only for show it exceeds by 30 min minimum on everyday basis. No compensation for efforts and loyalty in any form. Good efforts go unnoticed and only pendency is counted with making a person believe everything is their fault, even though it might not be. Work environment is so toxic that most employees that leave company leave because they can't take it anymore, as they suffer from mental disbalances like nervous breakdown, shaken confidence, hyper anxiety disorders, migraine, hyper tension etc.

.... me and my some friend faced lots of the problem in the company , specially Mr. Bipin Jain (owner) behavior is not good toward the famail employees and I also not receive my last 2 month salary so I did not gave advise to any one to join the company

Excellent place to work, lots of learning experience. Team and management is very supportive. Company invests very smartly on top technologies.

Overall very balanced organization, problems exists in every company but here nothing critical.
