The only thing is skill development... You can learn new things.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with. The manager doesn't have manners and don't know how to behave with his team. The company timing is 10 AM to 7:30 PM. But you will be assigned with overloaded work which makes a long working hours.

Acc. to me in Madmen marketing Teammates are very helpful but work environment is little hyper but company for learning purpose. Salary/appraisal according to your work performance

Growth is slow and work pressure is high. working hour for designer is 10 hours at least. Many time you need to work in night also.
