Except salary, everything is worst. Even salary is also getting deducted or getting reduced for unknown reasons. Lay off, lay off, lay off.... more than promotions and other things, one have to be beware of layoffs. When it comes to lay off, the top level managements are getting safe without any reasons and are getting highly paid, that too for no reason. But the ground level management ( BDE ), who are putting their efforts are not appreciated. Appreciations are next, but they should be in the place, where they need to be motivated. But for them, salary will be credited only after 15 th of every months, laying off them for without any reasons

No learning, Toxic work culture, No work life balance at all. You won't learn how to be a leader, you will learn how to be a punisher. You'd be treated as labor. Work even on week offs as your Manager is pressurized to give more numbers. No HR policies (they are puppets). You can't complain or raise your voice. Every week threatening of termination. Incentives deduction without any reason. You can't take a holiday. Nobody will hire you in future because of this company's tag in your CV Sudden meetings even at 10 pm or later; 9 am or earlier

It doesn't have any preferred time any time in a day they will do meetings and etc and we give our work time full like 9Am to 6pm but they skip that time and take meetings on other time like 9 pm or 10pm

I worked in Kolkata office and the Work culture and Environment is very Toxic. There is nothing called week off. As they are paying high package they will think you are there slave and there is no family of yours.No HR policy. HR's there are just like dolls.You will not get the Reimbursement even after submitting bills and all. You will get growth only if you act as a personal slave of your Manager,Sr.Manager,AGM & GM.

Nothing.....I worked there with full dedication at 9am to 9 to 9.30pm, but when it comes to salary they didn't pay at all. My salary was approximately 27k but I'm first month they paid 7k & next month they paid 14k. But yes one thing I liked about in BYJUs that my Training manager was very good. He teaches us in very good manner. When my training ends then they allotted new manager, and he was horrible.
