One Challenge l've encountered is fast-paced environment, which can sometimes it difficult to maintain work-life balance, especially high-demand periods.

There is nothing like Limited Company, no benifits of Limited Company. Rules are like small industry. Company run by few old employees. They don't want to change with time. They are living in old mindset and very egoistic and arrogant. Lot of politics in this company. MD might not knowing everything about his company.
