Salary is not according to capability or hardwork but according to working years in company. Also, the unfair resigning policy. One has to completely serve 3 months notice period and if not done, they will not only deduct your salary but also does not provide experience letter.

It's good for those Who.are came as fresher to develop skill, lot of instrument are available for learning in quality.

...ncrement also not on time always delayed, HR even not in the favour of employee. No uniform for employee, salary deduction is high.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My Favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. Good working Environment and Supportive Employees.
