They provide good salary but other than that the work culture is not good, leaves are not given, taunting language is always used, every old employee is manager, it doesnt matter they have knowledge or not, canteen is so dirty you wont feel like eating there, work space is so less. Training imparted for name sake, no way you can learn and seniors dont support.

Salary and compensation is very good offering to experience persons. Work culture is very good. Housekeeping and admin system is very nice.

Safety aspects, Hazop not upto marked. Equipment safety , Preventive maintenance is very poor. Engineering function needs to follow current engineering practices.

Job security is depending on your previous experience.Very bed culture in QC department. Company policies are good but not for utilities. Overall company culture very bed comperision to other company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
