They hold my salary, due to not able to join duty asking for rejoining duty without providing any vehicle from to join duty, hr policy is very bad about an employee ,2 years bond, salary is decent, meal is also not well

...r growth. Company culture and environment are very positive and so is everybody. Salary and appraisals are at par with current market standards so no worries there. Location is also very accessible.

Dislikes

After a certain period, learning new technologies becomes a lagging point because the comapny doesn't work with modern and new equipments. Also the company is yet to enter the hormone/oncology space. So lack of learning and working on new technologies is a limitation. Also its a very space constrained set up (almost crammed). No canteen facilities.No seminars or educational initiatives from the company either.

Work Culture within departments is good and behaviour of the staff members is too good and everyone is supportive.

Dislikes

Schedule revision of salary as per policy not given to many employees but some employee got their revisions..Most imp. HR statement is that their is budget problem in our company and employee have similar names so their Exel sheet sometimes misses,these are the justification given by HRs.

Nothing good , worst company to work it, they consider there employees as donkey that they are paying money so we have to work 10-11 hrs a day. I do Not recommend this company to even my enemy, it's worst pharmaceutical company, degrading rapo of pharmaceutical industry

...10-15 years experience in same company Harass new employees who join under them. Very late working hours No support from other department for cross functional work Reporting for every 1 our on daily basis, if not send they deduct your salary of the same day For expenses you have to pay from your pocket and many bills they don't accept and stop your reimbursement for long time and some time deduct as well. Multiple Reporting system - Daily Report, FW Report same day on whatsapp, detailed field work report same day after coming from field work No admin support - they do not provide stationary and files for there employees, some times employees have to spent there own money for the same, even people fight for space in the office, due to lack of space, very poor management. I don't suggest anyone this company, because this company will make you ill and your health will be impacted. Zero star company
