Schedule revision of salary as per policy not given to many employees but some employee got their revisions..Most imp. HR statement is that their is budget problem in our company and employee have similar names so their Exel sheet sometimes misses,these are the justification given by HRs.

Experience and salary are mismatch. Many peoples are working with low salary and management taking new peoples with more salary than existing people's salary. My teammates asked for his manager about this then he replied he got due to its "Luck".

Really i would like to thanku... for Macleod's team becuse i am start a career at MPL. And nice working environment at MPL with increase a Personally growth( Salary n Others). N 1thing i am remember.. 31st Dec. Biggest party function.. really very enjoyfully days..

Nothing to like here worst company to work for.

...and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court. Better to be jobless then to take this job even if its the last job on earth, WORST Company, Macleods. Even jail is better than this.
