Salary increments depends on sales..bt sometimes sales arent gud in some years so person cant get gud aprisal.so long work with compny person should get benefit gud of salary hike comapre to inflation.and atleast alternate saturday has to be get holiday
its is very greatful to me for working with macleods pharma, because culture is very good and all field staff arr very helping in nature because of companey policy.
Freshers can't join because her 3 years bond and in that 3 years can't get better increament and salary. When you join freshers in MacLeod you can definitely regret your self after 1,2 years because of 3 years bond policy.
Worst company ever I worked management and hr both are cheap people not concerned about staffs well-being hook or by crook they want their work get to be done irrespective no compromise hire and fire policy this company will not grow unless the old management is changed just playing blind games and ruining people's future and hr department is full of politics. If this is so very soon Macleods will hit the Red list like EY people will end up lives because of work pressure and toxic work culture. It's high time to change the management
Nothing good no work appreciation making people to work as donkeys will never recommend you to join this company any one joining for salary hike should never join will end up regretting hr department are full of puppet they will just find silly reason to rid off people by giving work not related to their domain or will not give salary hike. To know the real colour of chameleon check the staffs who has already worked.
They provide good salary but other than that the work culture is not good, leaves are not given, taunting language is always used, every old employee is manager, it doesnt matter they have knowledge or not, canteen is so dirty you wont feel like eating there, work space is so less. Training imparted for name sake, no way you can learn and seniors dont support.
