One of the best company. And same time very low of salary level. Working environment is good. Traveling area as Rajapalayam, Srivilliputhur, sattur, viruthunagar, Sivakasi, Arupukottai, sivagangai and the my HQ in madurai. I cover in all area. Travel experience is very good.

Dislikes

Dislike on macleods pharmaceutical in very low in salary and increment. And the work pressure is very high.

I had a very good manager. But I was disgusted by the activities of this company. In the name of marketing activities, I didn't like being the tool to implement these unethical practices.

Dislikes

Very poor remuneration. Salary was unsatisfactory. There was not a single email communication between me and the company. I wasn't given my offer letter until I completed my first week which was weird. They used deduct money from my salary to give it back to me as a bonus, wow. Everything this company did felt archaic to me. It was a huge mistake to join this company.

Seniors are very irresponsible. All of those Have ego. They wants only their own benefit except officially or unofficially.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career in very dangerous due to seniors politics.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
