Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The staff there is very useless and forcefully spoils the job and does not give the bonus.

Dislikes

The whole process is wrong, no one from outside Bengal should go there, friends, it is a very bad company and even worse is the machine shop staff there.

Likes

The company is open to innovation. Large forgings facilities with latest technology are available. Both forgings & machining are done in one plant. Good scope for freshers & learners. Relationship between employees and management is good and healthy.

Dislikes

Company is good but growth is slow. System is slight soft and loose. Work cultures is average.

It has a very good team. It is open to innovation. Specially for young people, it has very good growth opportunities. Company gives high responsibilities to youngstars to improve their learning opportunities.
