...ll the time you fed up and end up saying "Okay fine! Do whatever you feel like". When it comes to salary appraisal, they will start demotivating you saying your performance was not up to the mark. I have not seen such politics any time before which monopoly I have seen at this place. Incorporative teammates. If I talk about work-life balance, I served this company 24/7 but even then they were not satisfied. They will give you lame excuses when they can not afford you. And lastly they will never give you the environment for which they hired you. I was not hired for sales but for technical job and they were forcing me to make sales month wise.But the main reason was the salary. They did not have any funds.

very unprofessional behaviour of the management, they don't care about employees growth and work life balance of their Employees. No promotion, No appraisals, No holidays
