The company has average pace and does not make one feel overburdened. The starting benefits and compensation are good as per standard nothing to be excited about, nothing to brood over.

Dislikes

There is almost no growth opportunities, it's just lackluster in this case. No proper mechanism for appraisal, it's just a time waste to make you tired. The company is too slow paced and unexcited about their employees. They won't bother thinking too much about you or your efforts, you just fit in do your work as required and get out. No extra benefits or bonuses, to make you feel excited or that it was worth it. The lazy, unstructured, and haphazard attitude will remove any attached feelings or zeal you have. All things said they won't treat you badly just nothing too extra to show they care. It's a ideal job or company that will make you feel it's okay working here and plan for your future while working.

Work collaboration is well as most of the colleagues are cooperative and helpful. The appraisals are good than other organizations. You will be very happy with the holiday calendar. The office infrastructure is super cool.

Dislikes

... work, skills, talent etc and by providing employees with few decent benefits. Salary width for manager and above could be better. Meetings and briefings are uncertain which causes stretching of shift.

Project manager, but manager is not working there

All things like, HR Nature, company culture, toxic environment, no buddy can discuss with any other person in the floor, no job security even project manager not committed his is working tomorrow as a manager or not.

There is nothing which can be appreciated about this company there is no professionalism in the organisation the higher management is so worst and completely filled with false commitment for them commitment is not a word which is exists in there dictionary. So would suggest not to join this firm if you don't want to make your life fu**ed up .
