Management is very poor. Salary increments happens after completion of 2 years EX- let's say you joined this company April 21 and you completed one year on April22 so for the financial year 21-22 you should get your increment in April 22 to May 22 or June 22 (max if it gets delayed ) But you will not receive. now you came to year end (Dec 22) and company will pay you salary with increment but on paper your increment has happened from April22 (let say your salary is 20K after Incr- 24K) and Incr amount is Rs 4K. in the arrears it will be 2K April 22 to Nov 22 (Ideally it should be 4000*8 months= 32000, But you will receive - 16K as arrears in the month of Dec 22 with the salary of Nov 22 ) you will get and if you ask management will starts screaming. business is not good and this goes same year after year. this scenario is for sales and service when they are hiring during interview they will say increment happens on time but in actual not. now you have offer from other company and you resigned completed notice period and you have worked for 7 + years in service in Mumbai (any branch) what your boss will do,. lets discuss what has happened like this they will ask at the end how much you are getting in your new company 35-40K /month okay we are ready to match the offer if you do not accept their offer and leave don't think that you will get your PF and Gratuity because the money goes in PF (it is Trust ) not in EPFO and you can not check in the EPFO website. how much the amount has accumulated. So take care when Joining get everything in written, whatever they are promising at the time of interview. Daily allowance Sr Eng Service food-500 for 2Ac if journey is more than 200KM hotel 1500 for Non Metro 1800 for Metro( GST bill required- if you have good bond with boss or Director No need for GST because ) you can claim daily hotel allowance as per your eligibility no body is going to ask, salary you receive 10-15th of every month Daily allowance for ser Engglower than Sr Serv Engg hotel 1200, 3 Ac Train Travel

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, and growth is quick. I was working happily with all friend staff. I have great pleasure to work with respected Mr. Gupta for a day.

I have started A career with MTI and give my valuable seven years with MTI, I have learnt many things which reflects my career opportunities.

Dislikes

Lack of company rules and it is defferent from employee to employee. If any employee spent seven years with the company and if he want to switch because of hactic shedule and touring job, and family pressure, company didn't understand the situation of employees and simply company nature change and denied to give relieving letter and settlement.

Machine tools was my first company, i had leaned alot in MTI. I am what i am because of my experience from working in MTI. I still love the company and people working their.

Dislikes

as per me the policies of the company and not in favour of company. Also the direction in which company is approaching is not seems positive. They are keep loosing their key people and principles.
