MachFox company is a startup and a growing company, my experience with this firm is quite good and interesting. already completed my first work anniversary with the firm and moving forward see myself in a better position both in professional growth and on personal growth.

There is no dislike, as a startup firm, every possible employee play a crucial role at every step of their working. Being a human we accept challenges and move forward to extract our hidden potential.

Mr. Yogesh Pawar is the director of the company. He is the owner of this company and is a good person. He listens to everyone and talks to everyone very lovingly. If any helper goes to talk to him, he doesn't even mind talking to him. He talks to them very lovingly, just like his own children.

Dislikes

The culture of Matchbox Hydraulic Company is very bad because the manager here, Mr. Ram, is not educated and he does not know how to talk to anyone. If anyone says anything to him about anyone, then he believes that. The biggest mistake in this company is that when you have to leave, you will not be given any notice period or any information. You will be directly told that there will be no duty from tomorrow. and does not cross-examine the things with his mind as to what is right. What is wrong, who has said what wrong about whom. What has been said right; he only listens to his words and takes the decision and abuses the people in front about his floor works. He does not talk to anyone with love. Does not know how to get the work done. He talks to you in an absolutely wrong tone.

The company is growing in nature and start-up, learning lots of new things here. Seen lots of ups and downs and still management is standing like a concrete. Soon going to rock the global market with roar. Happy to be a part of this organization. Soon, it will be the Indian MNC in the near future.

Dislikes

As company is a start-up so, there is a lot of friction in the initial phase, lots of employees joined, iteration rate may be higher, recruitment process is going again to full-fill the vacant position. This process consumes the energy of all the employees, related to stability, career future, maybe the scope of learning things, etc. Suggestion: Need to retain the eligible employee if possible.
