Only employees working here are good and hard working and Nothing else. Five days working is one good thing.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, No importance of employees and managers can't handle employees. Also cannot manage workload. Extension is major issue employees work more 12-15 hours and are not paid for that.

Theare Team leader was not suportive, there are so political, like they gives easy campaign ther fevrat person, and hard campaign gives new person, they are doing partiallyty

Very Political: Have to be their slave and no matter how you work no one looks at your performance only they want everyone to say yes. If people (manager+) don't like you they will destroy your career and reputation at Bain and they have the power to do so. No real work life balance No culture of real push back: people succeed by being the yes man or nepotism. No work environment. Behavior with female employees is unethical.

Likes

The Owners are best with futuristic view and always have a helping hand. In times of Pandemic, as well the company was doing good and paying salaries in full to all employees.

Nothing much, apart from normal politics by Managers

Work culture and flexible timings , some good peoples ( NOT ALL) Owner are very good but managers and associate director never put real things in front of them

Monopoly Games, and politics Managers and GM act like they are owners , they never say truth front of owners they create bad picture of employees those who are not their friend list or x-colleagues Specially managers and so called Associate directors
