Work culture and flexible timings , some good peoples ( NOT ALL) Owner are very good but managers and associate director never put real things in front of them

Dislikes

Monopoly Games, and politics Managers and GM act like they are owners , they never say truth front of owners they create bad picture of employees those who are not their friend list or x-colleagues Specially managers and so called Associate directors

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Only employees working here are good and hard working and Nothing else. Five days working is one good thing.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, No importance of employees and managers can't handle employees. Also cannot manage workload. Extension is major issue employees work more 12-15 hours and are not paid for that.
