If people (manager+) don't like you they will destroy your career and reputation at Bain and they have the power to do so. Only employees working here are good and hard working and Nothing else. Five days working is one good thing.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, No importance of employees and managers can't handle employees. Also cannot manage workload. Extension is major issue employees work more 12-15 hours and are not paid for that.
