Mace has an illegal "fornication" business in US and had extended that to India too in 2018/2019 embedded in the PMC business. Almost all the higher management of mace are from fornication business background including the ex-regional director Pawan Maini. Mace operates this business illegally in India as a "fornication business" and hides this from its employees & clients. . So, anyone who joins / gets associated with mace should enlighten themselves with these facts as mace is into the illegal fornication business in India and abroad, operating it embedded in their PMC businesses.

Working with Mace is a excellent opportunity & great experience, The culture & work exposure is good, since I worked with Mace for almost 4 years the work environment & colleagues there are exceptionally good & friendly

The culture of Mace is very good and employee friendly. Top Management is reachable for discussion, help & feedback. Provides training at various levels for overall development. Strongly adheres to the values. Freedom to work and providing support system through international open channel.

Dislikes

Job stability is one area of concern as with most other PMC's. Client centric. Limited clients at India.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
