They transfer their employees in very frequent intervals so you can't settle with your family at one location. Basically no time for family

The work life balance is very poor.. and employee works without any direction from the seniors... Targets of the year are given in August or September and employees are asked to achieve them in rest of the year..

Leaves (mental tensions in the midst of holidays ) Holidays are not given properly if we are requesting one are 2days they given South side heavy politics and ZERO Growth and pay roll not in Maccaferri some other consultancy TeamLease South side superiors Always blaming to site engineer ( like if any project good condition that credit goes to seniors if any wrong that is belongs to site engineer ) Always transfers every 3months u will get a transfer that too without transfer latters Political dramas high level compare to NORTH side Am requesting to head of the department kindly look into the south management because we came from north side particularly there is 2 persons in south side that people blaming to everyone. This is the ground level FACT please ask to anyone south except MIPL Staff

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
