There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have visited two sites where MBPL has taken contract and I have met many employees who are very well in co-operation. Whatever problem is arising the head office will help for sure. If I get hike in wages, I will surely get back to this company.
