...HI. Current boss is very diplomatic and very well veteran in Corporate politics. You may get a good salary but , if you plan to do heavy investment like purchasing home and all then it is not right choice to join Macchem. You may have three month of salary in your hand with termination letter. Jon security is always a question mark in this company.

I have worked in this R&D for about one year. In this period I am mentally harassed by HOD. Every day I worked for 13 to 14 hrs. If your work complete in 8 hours still you have to stay for 13 hrs. My family is totally disturbed (No family life). In R&D everywhere they placed CCTV(even in the canteen also) you cannot talk with your colleague if you do so, you will be called by HOD. The HOD is behaving like the owner of this company. My worst decision is to join this R&D. Luckily I got job but remaining people's are struggling everyday. All the above positive comments are given by HOD only. Do not trap in these comments and don't join Mac chem R&D(even you will get 50% hike)this is my humble request to you all.

I have been working under the Guidance of Dr. Anuj Jain Sir, our respected Head of R&D, for the past three years. He is a Research oriented, highly motivated individual with extensive chemical expertise and experience in reputable pharmaceutical firms. I have learned so much from our HOD that I will definitely attempt to apply it in my future life. He is the most kind & discipline person I have ever met, providing me full support not only during my professional career but also with good raises over the last three years. 4. The Management is very helpful and excellent things about this firms is that you get paid on a regular basis and it is the best place to improve professionally. The team at Mac Chem Product India Pvt. Ltd. is supportive and enjoys the work atmosphere. 5. If you want to learn Research and Chemistry at the Highest level of your career, I highly recommend you to join this Organisation.
