Please dont join this company. Salary is terrible. The salary you get will be less than that of monthly wage of a labour. Anthey make u work pike hell, more than any other company. Nothing much u can learn there as the techstack they using is old and they have not updated yet. I recommend not to join this company at any cost.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
