Likes

Very good learning environment for freashers. Good career opportunity for new commer. Peoples and managers are good and supportive in nature ,always co-operative. Standard work timings with WFH benifit.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and too much work and short deadlines to complete the tasks. Not following work standards and Steps for development, suppose to work like a Robot. Very good learning environment here but not able to explore it and learn due to intense work culture and short deadlines always by clients.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
