is the best company i have worked till now in regards to work life balance, company culture, compensation and bonus etc.

job security is not 100% because they took people on contract basis not a open contract.

Package is good, but difficult for non locals to get recognition........

culture problem , based on passport and nationality the package has been decided not on job description. like Australian operator is getting more salaries than a Indian Manager (Engineer).

Professionalism in every profession and culturally diversity Friendly people if have direct hire than is one of the best companies in Saudi Arabia or World but if you hired on contractually basis than there is no compensation always preferred for direct hire

It's far from Jubail City and took 1:30 to 2 hours to reach Ras Al Khair also currently its a remote location if you're with family than your accommodation in Jubail City

I have worked in HSM and I have a good experience in Mill and maintenance department. And I have good interest in developing the production and delay reducing.

I love to work in Maaden Aluminium company and do good for improving the quality and quantity etc.
