I was worked there at least 1.5 years, Head Office Culture in Raipur is good, Bcoz there are some management staff is good & hired from Big companies like L&T, Vedanta Ltd. Adani, Jindal etc. but Project Leading totally uneducated & Local persons who have close with Owner,s Youger brother who have non Technical as well as egotism man. total employee is dislike to him bcoz his mentality is too much bad. Inshort I am saying that Owner's Car Driver also can scold/ telloff to B. Tech/ M. Tech holder Managers or Engineers. So I surges to new people if possible each & Everything clarify before join to this Company. lots of good company waiting to you & your skill. One things is very good: Company Owner Mr. Anil Agrawal Sir is very Gentleman.

...cal staff in front of workers & Drivers. 3. Even In this digital generation Max. Employee salary is giving hand Cash. 4. Culture is very bad. 5. My right -old Bonus payment still not credited in my A/c.
