three was nothing that could attract attraction in the company

Dislikes

the owners of the company are good but some of the few HOD's in administration, who don't have the experience, have also been recruited from the army/hotel industry background and they really don't know how to do work and how to train team guys they just do all the day time politics... politics... and always play a blame game to the other departments.... there was no career growth//salary and appraisal and less job security...

Job not permanent in M3M because office politics is more company culture not good. Office in time compulsory 9:30 am but out time not conform 6:30 pm it's is a different rule is make by site AGM and VP.

Full of political people, Workaholic can not survive here, you need at least 90℅ marks on political science :)) Alternate Saturday are off but you will know this on Friday evening that you have off tomorrow, same follow on weekly off :(( you can not plan your holiday even :((

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
