Acquiring lots companies to grow higher by cutting competition but at the same time not thinking of customer service also acquired employees. There is a step child feeling in acquired employees. No one bother about customer service, deadlines, timely deliveries etc.

Nothing as such It is worst organisation I have ever worked in my entire career. Please note that this is a genuine and honest review of a top performer within m2p. Please don't join here just by seeing LinkedIn posts of people. All of them are perfect example of hyprocites. All the principles they post on LinkedIn are applicable only on social media and not on ground.

1. Zero work life balance 2. 100% political office environment 3. Short sighted leaders in banglore 4. No smooth collaboration between the depts but leaders take 0 action about it 5. Don't join here even if you don't have a job. It is that bad in my opinion. You can wait and get a better one defenitely. 6. Corrupted Top Management in every means that they can call you anytime including weekends and ask you to work out. Saying NO to this will make you their enemies. 7. Constructive criticism for improvement is considered offensively and people take you as enemies. 8. HRs in banglore hardly gives JDs for any candidates getting hired. It is highly unprofessional environment in every way

1. The colleague who are there since last few years are really helpful and coordinating. 2. You will learn Multiple items regarding Lending if you work here 3. You will definitely be admired with the vision of Muthu, Madhu, Prabhu sir and the way he handled the stuffs.

1. Product is not stable after 12 years 2. Product team so called as Scrum Masters are the worst here. They don't know there own system. And not able to learn, help and understand 3. Sales so called BD team thinks they owns you and can treat you like servant. They don't know what we have and what we support they just sale randomly and out pressure for delivery 4. Management is not serious or having there own internal politics which exploit the team 5. Toxic work culture no working hours. They can ask to work post office hours weekend and if something went wrong then it's onboarding team fault 6. Senior SPOCs are not aware what is happening and what is required they will simply put blaim on team. 7. For the sake they called having office at different locations but you need to work from the Product location for us it's lending FF Bangalore
