... other people that ' market mein MSM ki halat toh bhot hi zada hili padi hai ' . They will not pay adequately, not provide any benefits Infact no laptop. Please, do not ever employee in this company. They will make your life hell especially the managers like Gurmeet kaur, Sonia manhas. Please be mindful, they will not disclose everything during the hiring you will get the know the things once you started working. They make the employees terified by sending warning letters every now and then and will threaten you to share negative feedback to the future company's reference check. Please do not join here ever.

It's a family kind of business. Family members like Juhi , Nirali are giving priroties. Rule are not same for everyone (strict Work from office policy is not applicable to the family members). Juhi the Finance Head doing every inhuman behaviour to her subordinates, many people complained to HR but since she is the family member of owner HR is unable to take any action. Real talent like Sonali Ostwal , the complaince Manager not getting proper space to flurish. Cartoon character like karnik sir (roaming the whole office with only shocks but no shoe 👟) is the Finance Director, just mess the co. One of the Ex-higher management guy just messaged me in linkedin like below: "Good to see you jumping out of the stinking ship...there was nothing much to do for you over there. Rather none of the persons over there could have ever understood your potential & work! Gr8 decision. All the best Gentleman!" "Arjun could not get thru my workings, Juhi is horrible & hopeless as she is a family connection of owners. I always exposed her workings...she scorns at my name. Parag used to consult me but Karan never came forward! I never saw such a weak Finance dept in my entire career. Then I realized that it is a Student export business & does not required any finance bhai!" "You are correct about Parag, Arjun and Hukku. Even TQ is  Uttamised & Hukkued 😊. Juhi a CA's nightmare...academically!" Pathetic Family Busi-ness oriented organisation!! Not at all recommendable.

1) They will give you daily targets of 4-7 application and continues track in every single hour how much achieve why not achieve. 2) Daily calling to partner 30-50calls only ask for application nothing else only numbers. 3) If targets not achieve Saturday work. 4) Msm Unify has no value in the Market as every partner knows it's the worst service as upper management is lazy. 5) you will ruin your image in front of partner if work in Msm Unify.
