In this case ... company gives a support only those people who were present there..those employees which was leave on that time... they've restricted from company....

It's good but employees have not discipline/respect for engineers.... I think it's not engineering ltd it's supervisor ltd...🙏😌

Great place to work. Fortunate to be hear. Perks and benefits are good, friendly co-workers. Laid back environment with self motivated employees.

In head office they not provide conveyance allowance, food allowance but they provide all this allowance on field work.

Only the ground staff is supportive.

There is no opportunity given in this company to grow showing your skills and hard work. The only way to progress is to please your senior and manager. If you are good at pleasing than whether you don't know anything about what engineering is called a supervisor can become a project manager. There is no standards maintained for engineers. No proper management.
