But on site travel is company depends on ours company's projects and Clint's location another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happly in collaboration.work and Life balance simler problem but ok

Work pressure and timings is very high sometimes have to work 14-16 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

I like only company policies as those were as per Mahindra standard else otherwise not at all recommendable company to work

Most of the things..like no work life balance, not justifiable compensation, partiality, favouratism etc....

The salary is on time. With mediclaim and other benifit.

Dislikes

Job is not secure. Biased treatment to the employee's. Experience and education is not considered while deciding the salary or increment. People with lesser skills and experience and age will be seen as Assistant Managers on the basis of reference by other manager.
