Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The principle is well experienced so there is lot of opportunities to develop our skills and learning .And during my work journey i got colegues from different backgrounds , we worked with well collaboration , and i got many projects and works to deal here . It was very nice experience to deal with the clients .

Dislikes

I literally fed up with the stipend its not enough for my daily meals. But the work pressure is very high .And one more thing is sir is not updated with the latest technologies even though he is well experienced and he is not fluent in Hindi and English
