The principle is well experienced so there is lot of opportunities to develop our skills and learning .And during my work journey i got colegues from different backgrounds , we worked with well collaboration , and i got many projects and works to deal here . It was very nice experience to deal with the clients .

I literally fed up with the stipend its not enough for my daily meals. But the work pressure is very high .And one more thing is sir is not updated with the latest technologies even though he is well experienced and he is not fluent in Hindi and English

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
