Mi Swaco a Schlumberger company is a good place to work in. She has a well structured carrier development part which will keep you up to speed with latest on the job technology. Financial benefits are such that would encourage you to do more. You get to meet and work with people from different countries especially as if you work as an expatriate. There is this good care culture within the organization and you will love working for her.

Dislikes

Work pressure and expectations are high sometimes, you have to work on night shifts which is very awkward especially if you just got on location. Growth is limited especially as a consultant and terminal benefits could be better.

I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls is the evening and sometimes late in to night.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
