No training.no job security at all.nit at all career growth.no salary increment or work apprsisal.no respects for the staff.feel like working as a labour.no friendly environment. No proper management at all.there is no team of HR management infact. Every rime the rules changes. Seat changes.position changes.no responsible manager.they dnt provide work satisfaction to rhe candiates. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TREATED WELL.they dnt provide any written proof or do legal documentation.. Team manager not productive.he dnt take initiative for the work at all.
