Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

M.Z.Islam & co are a partnership Chartered Accountants firm . All the teammate behaves like family bonding. I always feels secure and higly satisfied with my job. I think i would be a part of globally recognised CA firm in future. Yes i highly satisfied with my office and my benefits though sometimes some misunderstanding arises we over come it through mutual discussion. Because we have a cooperative work environment. We always look for advace one.never we frustrated for past damage because it's deficit our innovative capacity. We move faster for new creation. It's our strength.
