Office dirty politics, the hods are chosen with zero managerial skills, a person who is hard working will be dumped with even more load! No hike in 3 years !

Likes

Very friendly and encouraging environment. Higher authorities are very supportive and there is a lot of scope for personal, Academic and research growth. Work life balance is very much satisfactory.

Dislikes

Working space must be expanded. Location of the university could have been shifted to some heart of the city.

It's a research driven University focusses on the over all development of the students. The Management is very supportive and always keeps on motivating their employees

Dislikes

There's no such dis liking. I am very much enjoying my work
