I regret to say that my experience at this company has been disappointed. The salary is paid only after 15th of every month, which cause financial stress for employees. There are also strict restriction for personal time, as you are not allowed to got outside the office except for a 30- minutes lunch break. If you do, your time will be noted, which feel extremely controlling. The company has reduced the number of yearly off days, which shows a lack of respect for work life balance. The MD is somewhat better, but unfortunately, his wife, who is involved with the company, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Overall, it's not a company i would recommend.

There is nothing to be lijed here. MD's wife is lokking after the management. A mannerless women with no spine. Very rude. They keep note how many times you go out & having half hour lunch time. Company name is changed to Punya Masterbadges Pvt.Ltd. I strongly recommend all the applicant to verify each and every thing before joining.

No work life balance. Very pathetic working culture & environment. You gave to struggle for almost everything. Management keeps hurdles to make sure No one perform.

Very technically strong company and having vast range of Products . Best part is no intervention of boss , employees are given complete liberty to make the decision and strategies . Very unique thing about this company is that (You can get leave easily without any struggle ). Lastly boss is very practical and diligent rating the employees based on their work.

office is in industrial Area and very limited means of transportation available to reach here .

Recently I joined mg polyblends. I really like the management and work culture here unlimited opportunity , and the main thing is our senior is very polite they guide me very well step wise, no work pressure no boundations here. walking distance from metro, shakurpur pink line near about 600 meter

the major issue i found here is nearby no food facility like food cart and any resturant becouse its an industrial area

Mr Manish Gupta is the Director of the company who every time shout on employees, Manner less person, don't know how to deal with his own company employees If you want to loose your mental and physical health join this company full of negativity and also give you free stress
