M Damodaran & Associates is a place where you learn the entire companies act practically. Mr Damodaran is a down to earth person and is having a good sense of humour. By interacting with various clients you will be in a different level of handling the issues.

Dislikes

Everything is great at M Damodaran Associates except Mrs Kalai. She wont let you grow. She insults / abuses you to the core notwithstanding the fact you proved your efficiency. If you do not have any self respect or dignity you can work with her. she make you to work in late hours till 8.30 or 9 pm despite there is no urgent work to complete. Rest of the team leaders are good. do not join in her team. I am already a victim in her hands.
