Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. the firm is having good reputation amongst the client circle. That reputation provides an extra edge to its personnel during their visit at the client place for completion of assigned task.

during my association with the firm, I have not noticed any disliking aspect of the firm in its dealing with associates and articles except occessional delay in releasing dues which is understandable as the same is directly linked with realisation of invoices raised on clients.
