As per kalpana hr committed 2 months salary and now they have credited only 1 month . And said it is full and final settlement. I worked for close to 4 years in Lynk logistics but I am feeling bad that they are not sticking on promise. ...ng with subordinates, they act as if they know everything about the FMCG sector. They have become autocratic and pay heed to the words of cartel people only. 3. Micro-managing - For meagre INR 10,000+ transactions, you need the founder's approval. CXO level person tracks attendance of the picker-packers and drivers. Your manager tells you when to leave the office to catch the flight. Your manager tells you with whom to interact and when. There is no hierarchy: your manager will communicate to people 4-5 level below you and ask for your feedback :D

Absolutely nothing. Started working there because I thought it's an MNC, the salary was competitive and I was told that the company culture is great. I was wrong about everything.

Dislikes

Hated everything about the company, saw atleast 30+ folks getting fired for small reasons. Zero job security, extreme sales targets, constant watch on you and your target numbers, zero employee benefits. HR was useless when we brought up our concerns, nothing was done about it

Don't join this company if they appoint u as a sales officer specially from FMCG industries person, there is not a sales part for the people whoes from the FMCG frim they will give work which is not compare to FMCG worst people are there sales manager and all no motivate related your work only demotivating
