Everything. 1. (Lack of) Vision of company - The company lacks vision and runs on fancy projections. They have already pivoted one business model; even the new one is not scalable or profitable. Margins are meagre of 4-5% while operational costs rise to 7-8%. On top of it, they have to disburse salaries. They are fooling investors, brand partners and employees. No doubt, they have failed to raise funding even after 5-6 years of inception. 2. Cartel-run business - People who joined the organization in its 1st month have hijacked the organization. One of the founders doesn't care about the company and the second is naive enough to get easily fooled by the cartel. This cartel forms the leadership core of the company and funnily none of them has FMCG experience. But while making strategies or interacting with subordinates, they act as if they know everything about the FMCG sector. They have become autocratic and pay heed to the words of cartel people only. 3. Micro-managing - For meagre INR 10,000+ transactions, you need the founder's approval. CXO level person tracks attendance of the picker-packers and drivers. Your manager tells you when to leave the office to catch the flight. Your manager tells you with whom to interact and when. No defined policies, anyday anyone can say anything as per anyone'e choice. Overall there is no Learning and Growth environment. Entire senior management is always skeptical about employees well beings. No proper basic facilities at their warehouse locations. Senior HR member treats you like anything. At the time of joining they tells employees several rosy things but employee's exit is the hardest part in Lynk.
