Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

All not good company internal environment is not all people do politics for employees and mostly people have spend 4 yr in company so they dont want good persion am do work 4 month and they fired they want odder in a month🤣🤣

1.politics 2. Big machine they want odder 2 in month 3. No buddy explan you. 4. Mostly people is good but higher management of sales and service is bed. 5. Knowledge of machine distribution is 0.
