...gement and achievement is there due to which we get client all around the globe. Salary growth and appraisal are uncertain, it may happen or it may not happen. I have got US based client and they have offices in Dubai, Hence i got B1 visa quickly.My colleagues are from different cultural background ,so we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is high but overall growth is slow. The work pressure is too high ,So i have to work for 14 to 16 hours. Due to absenteeism of staff without information i have to do straight shift. The seniors donot value individuals strength that is why most of the time i have to take back my suggesstions. I do receive appreciation mails but it goes unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. The interaction with the client is there like person to person and less on phone calls.There is no on job training.
