The Salary structure is not organised on the basis of position or Business generation. Plus increments are on the basis of top managers will not on the basis of performance.

Monopoly at top level. They not bother what happened and why it is happening and whoever gives profit to company ;then they are real enemy of him.

Luxottica is world leader in eyewear industry, work atmosphere is awesome. Top management is very supportive and helpful. Overall i am so happy to work here.

Only thing is you need to available always, minimum work and life balance. But if you are passionate about your work then there will be no issue.

Luxottica owns the best eyewear brands in the world. like Ray-Ban. The culture in the company i.e HQ is very light-hearted everyone performs their task & stays happy. The policies are employee friendly & encouraging.

For me, it's very difficult to pinpoint the problem. i leave this point for others !
