Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing because of the company CEO and top management. They have released most of the top-performing employees in each countries without clearing the full settlement.

Dislikes

...o control but CEO Has senseless and immature decisions to run this organization. He will fire anyone without any reason because he has no intention to pay. You can’t aspect any humanity or genuinely from him. Company has hardly 30 employees or plus minus but he managed 130+ glassdoor fake reviews with the help of some fake groups and employees.

Had good engineers who you can work and learn from

Dislikes

The CEO is childish and a scam artist. He has a history of blocking employees accounts with out intimation or formal discussion. He also has a history of not paying said employees nor providing work documents. At the writing of this, Brian Yu/Young Yu, CEO/Founder is the only employee remaining in Luxolis as all the teams resigned

Dislikes

Childish CEO/Founder who boasts himself to be an engineer but doesn't even know basics. Has a record of not paying employees, firing at will by to respecting contracts and refusing to provide documents when questioned
