The written policy claims a five day work week, but you will find this is in documents only.

Dislikes

The work culture here can be quit unhealthy. Despite the COVID 19 situation, flexibility in policies seems inconsistent. Being late in the morning gets you marked absent, while late sitting is encouraged. While they offer tea and coffee, it's almost like they're doing a favour. Their priorities seem to be more about their own gain, with less concern for your life and career. The office environment isn't great either - it's worse than a storage room. You will get to know the exact definition of toxic work culture. Overall, you might end up feeling like you're more of a bonded labor than an employee. Thank you and signing off!!

Learning: I've got to learn and explore independently under the supervision of well qualified, experienced CA's

Dislikes

There may be policy which we dislike or not in the favor of articles/trainees which does not mean that the firm has a bad work culture. You might get a lot of work pressure here but it also gives you the competence of handling the maximum work independently.

Learning experience is great but not so great if you love to sit for 14-15 hours on regular basis to work and leave everything in life then this is for you.

Only one field exposure after too many late sittings. The main threat to your articleship is the senior Partner there who will not let you to study, increase your stipends and never praise your hardwork. Office culture, their policies to extend your articleship, their reimbursement comes after months. They people just want to take the employee money into the firm and do not want to reimburse anything spent in the interest of firm & in acc to their policies.. Worst for the employee and best for the clients that is beacuse of employees. All policies against employees. No one should come here for articleship. If you want to destroy your studies then come here and play with your life. Work for 15 hours and get taunt from the management. Learning is no doubt very great there.

No good compensation and even no infrastructure 6. False promises 7. Standard below average. 8. No growth, facility, outing, training etc. (earlier there was regular training program) 9. Credit of Saturday and sunday will be allowed after 28 days free working

The CA firm has nothing good to offer.

Dislikes

The management is not trust worthy (specially the female partner of the firm), unreliable and is never grateful or thankful to it's employees (the male partner of the firm). The best this firm has to offer is mental harassment and torture.
