Lupin supporting in covid -19 lockdown good for employees. Lupin provide the extra bonus for employee during lockdown and also alternative working options for employee and getting full salary in employee acc. In lockdown company gives the diwali bonus in advance due to lockdown.

Overall company is good but in this time only dislike due to the yearly increment still not gives to employee that why employee feeling unsatisfactory towards to overall this management decision.

Mainly Giving Targets very high, Appraisal is not upto the mark last year my salary increased 500 pm Salary also disappointed because my package 3.58 pa but there is lots of cuttings I got 20k pm only it is very disappointed And Sale pressure is very high in my division

The work life balance at Lupin is great. The support of the higher management is also good. You can learn as much as you want and there is no restrictions to learn new things.

I was working on third party pay role so if someone's planning to work on third party pay role I request not to join you won't get any benefit and you will always be criticize for being on third party
